1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mission Agentic (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mission Agentic is an AI-powered platform for building business applications, surveys, and synthetic persona research tools. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and associated documentation.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Billing and Credits

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Credits are consumed by AI operations and expire at the end of each billing period. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond provided APIs.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. Mission Agentic retains ownership of the platform, its technology, and branding. Generated code and blueprints are licensed to you for unrestricted use.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Agentic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
