  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, credit consumption, session duration.

  • Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional emails (account, billing, security).
  • Analyze usage to improve features and performance.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Azure (hosting), OAuth providers (authentication).
  • AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic — for processing AI features. Content is not used for model training.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), regular security audits, role-based access controls, and monitoring. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in European data centers.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Port your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Object to processing for marketing purposes.
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) help us understand how users interact with the Service. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
